Pros
Many changes which took out some bad seeds and added some great people to the company. Some great hard working operational team members to work alongside with. Good scientific team who are competent.
Cons
Terrible CEO, executive management and VP. Very disrespectful attitude to the operational teams and project management. No transparency, people are let go while informing the company that they chose to leave on their own accord. Nobody believes anything management says, they are only in it for themselves and only protect themselves against tyrant belligerent CEO. People are thrown under the bus so management can stay afloat. Everyone works 60+ work weeks just to stay above water. No work life balance and management does not care as long as sponsor is happy. There is no loyalty, everyone is job searching, no one respects executive mgmt, VP or CEO. If you suck up to them, you may get promoted.
