      Pros

      Management is pretty flexible when it comes to personal matters and taking time off or work from home. The new offices have really improved my willingness to come in and do my job every day. Office culture is pretty relaxed and my personal experience with upper management is that they kind of have a hands off approach, leaving me to be pretty independent. The massive amount of growth allows for many opportunities

      Cons

      Inter-department communication could improve. Procedural handling of issues could be more consistent. Problems should be anticipated instead of dealt with on the spot when there could be potentially negative consequences

      Great company but glaring issues

      Pros

      There are a lot of projects in the pipeline and a lot of cool growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Management is reactive and focused on damage control. Specific clients get all the attention while smaller studies are ignored until things start escalating. Grossly understaffed. Big brother is watching you. Working 50 hours is an expectation. Audits every other week. Management is difficult to approach with specific concerns. They also tend to overpromise on behalf of the PM and then berate the PM for failing to meet that promise.

      Some great people work here but they feel stuck

      Cons

      Toxic, stressful, no culture, leader wastes money on their self instead of staffing and employee retainment, understaffed, underpaid, top down & disrespectful leadership
