People, pay, and working environment. People working there are very friendly and smart. Nothing else is good about this company

Worse management team! Change direction too often. The previous CEO got fired. Well deserved though as he made a lot wrong decisions for M&A

None that I can think off apart from the constant amusement derived daily from viewing the machinations of dim people!

Cons

A lost company on a downward spiral, Lucas could't have been more clueless and walked with a huge handshake EMEA Management and Marketing, Product management weak and more interested in playing political games.
