They make declining products in a declining market!

Pros

Pay and bonus structure is fairly competitive; good 401K plan and health insurance. Most of the upper management is easy to get along with.

Cons

Working towards becoming a 'brand management' company, but they can hardly manage the inventory and shipping products they have already. Products they buy are on the decline, so there is really no potential for growth.
