Pros

great people, very much pro-employees. Great benefits, nice work environment and an amazing building. Everyone is very approachable.

Cons

"drifting" a bit. Tough portion of the market to do a turn around with market declines in key targeted areas

Good company for enry to mid level, not much growth, revolving door in the CEO office with sub par leadership

Pros

Great learning environment, Good people to work with, Humane management, ok benefits, nice starting job, relatively flat organization, nice corporate campus

Cons

Lot of stress because of company not growing layoffs are an annual feature. So more work for people still working. Lot of time wasted reporting upwards. Very little time spent selling and generating new revenue.Mediocre top management bench. Executive raises are very regular even though rank and file employees have pay freezes

Pros

Great people and a very collaborative spirit among employees Exciting environment that is fast paced and fun Good pay and work/life balance Sr. leadership is very accessible and there's not alot of bureaucracy or politices

Cons

Company has been struggling the past couple of years, but seems to be making the right strategic decisions to turn the company around.
