Lots of opportunities to do a variety of tasks, sometimes too many tasks for a person to do. Somewhat diverse team of colleagues.

Cons

Lots of stress because of added workload on employees. Company needs to increase educational and career opportunities for its employees. Some teams very unmotivated and difficult to work with.
