*food service on-site (Lake Elmo Inn) *casual atmosphere *located right off 694, just north of 94

Cons

*good ole boys club *inept employees are moved around between departments instead of terminated *too many legacy 3M employees from spin-off are still there - they do not adapt to change well *no tech support *dysfunctional systems (either home grown or canned that has been so mutilated that it can't be updated with the original software) *buy companies to grow, without understanding what the companies do or sell

Low compensation Low motivation from upper management Slow decision making Redundant staff at some middle , senior level management contributing nothing ,not capable of their jobs but have been there in Imation for years/decades Long teleconferences , meetings at times leading in no direction
