Pros

Good time off, ok pay. Decent people to work with, but nobody has been there too long as they recently cleaned house.

Cons

Zero work life balance. Strategic incompetence of upper management is actually funny to watch. They can not wait to throw acquisition money at companies with little potential for growth. This company is going nowhere fast.
