Since imation had some so much downsizing since spin off from 3M, you were working with the best of the best in the end. Employees were intelligent, innovative, dedicated, and a pleasure to work with on cross functional projects. We were small enough to get the job done without hierarchy wars and complications. My colleagues were some of the best I've worked with throughout my career.
