Pay was competitive. That's about it.

Awful management. Never had a solid idea of goals, being part of a team, or how my goals rolled up into something bigger.

Imation lost its vision

Still some good people left...

Cons

Since the reverse takeover by Connected Data, Imation has no vision and no future. All the good people have jumped ship and what's left is those who could not yet find a job. They're looking hard though and will eventually jump ship leaving the failed Connected Data team in charge. Lovely! Game over Imation.

Cons

Very little left. Not sure about viability of company at this point. Nexsan is only business remaining and struggling to generate $40M of revenue this year. At best half of what revenue was when Imation purchased
