      Nothing comes easy at a startup, you have to put in the work to be successful.

      + Awesome, no ego, team of leaders/innovators in their designated science :) + Laid back, but hardworking group of folks who are always approachable and willing to help + Innovative company with industry leading product + Modern open floor plan with yummy food catered daily + Flexible hours and work location

      Startup environment, so still ironing our processes and lots of work to do! Is this even a con??

      Pros

      Imgix has a highly collaborative, highly motivated team. Working together with these folks feels great. The working environment (office, culture) is also excellent. I feel productive every day I come in here.

      Cons

      Like most start-ups, having a small team means it's all-hands-on-deck all the time, which means you have to spend some of your time working outside your comfort zone. Great for your career, but stressful.
