Pros

Focused on haptic software License and IP business - sales work is not that drugery. Sales revenue dediced by annual or bi/tri annual contract. Revenue is stable during contract.

Cons

Company work like patent troll some how..Legal decide key factors for contract. Business decision made out of sales function. Very difficult to manage customer relationship as renewal accompany with big price increase. Frequent organizaiton change means lack of jos stability.
