work/life flexibility, food. Great if you are in to IP/patent law.

Cons

Heavy politics, dominate focus on litigation and compliance, less on product innovation, very introverted management and narrow company strategy.

- very nice people - interesting work, lots of room to grow - giant mission statement in the cafeteria - standard benefits and do match 401k

Cons

- very poor management communication - promote people who play politics - pay under market rate - introverted middle management
