Laidback and managers were great. cared about you. Hours were convenient and all employees and clients of imperial dade were respectful.

Cons

favoritism with employees which got my coworker fired from the job. Employee turnover high which doesn’t create real respect and culture at this company

The equipment was fairly decent. The lead driver really went to bat for his drivers.

Cons

Very Long Hours if a driver quits. Certain drivers didn't have to pick up the slack when needed.
