Good company with nice benefits and some additional employee perks. Really enjoyed my coworkers and direct manager

Cons

Nothing really, but since I have to enter something, the parking garage was a couple blocks from the building so it was a short walk which wasn't fun in the winter.

Relaxed environment. I have made really great friends while working here.

Cons

I wish I could take a vacation without feeling like my boss is mad at me for asking. I wish I didn't feel obligated to come in when I'm not feeling well. I only took 4 days off in the entire year of 2015
