      Direct leadership is fabulous, very helpful and great training. Leadership above that - needs improvement.

      Cons

      Very low pay, sometimes may not feel they see your true value.

      Pros

      This is a family-owned, privately held company, so the focus on employee relations and retention is huge. The executive team will take the time to speak to any employee and explain any aspect of the business that may be confusing or helpful to an employee. A very familial atmosphere amongst employees, which is saying a lot since this is a National organization. Lots of room for advancement and growth. Above average compensation programs.

      Cons

      Benefits are a bit high, but then this is the case at most employers these days.
