Impinj has added Juneteenth as a paid company holiday. To give employees a day off to celebrate Juneteenth, and to honor the sacrifices and contributions of Black Americans to our society.

Cons

Only con is any morale events that are held are held in Seattle

Great Benefits (ie unlimited vacation) Recognized leader in the RFID Industry Great culture that starts at the top Smart co-workers who willingly help others Respectful for diverse employees

Cons

The only downside is Impinj is a Seattle based company and many of the fun activities are centered there. Remote and global employees obviously can’t participate.
