Impinj has added Juneteenth as a paid company holiday. To give employees a day off to celebrate Juneteenth, and to honor the sacrifices and contributions of Black Americans to our society.

Cons

Only con is any morale events that are held are held in Seattle

Everyone at Impinj truly cares about supporting one another and bringing out the best in each other-- not only for our culture, but for our products and customers. The management team listens and engages with everyone to do what's right. Comp packages are competitive. Before I was hired, I read that the company doesn't have a 401(k) match, but indeed we do!
