      It is a great company from a technology perspective as the leader in their industry. Alway looking to innovate with new products and excellence in technology

      Massive change in culture with new management driving the true sense of customer service that attracted me to the company to a secondary position for the sake of revenue

      The office setting is innovative and inviting Employees are approachable and helpful The company believes in creating and maintaining a positive culture Executive staff is highly transparent to employees with matters of the company's direction Open PTO Snacks and drinks provided at no cost to employees Bagel Friday (Exec-Staff gathers to let us know what is going on in the company) Orca Card provided Company is growing by leaps and bounds which makes me trust in my job security The Executive staff is approachable, down-to-earth and does not bring arrogance into the workplace

      Not a lot of people of color (need more diversity) need more culturally driven events that will help employees of diverse backgrounds have more relatable events to participate in and others a chance to learn more about their co-workers backgrounds (because Cinco De Mayo should not be the only thing recognized)
