      Pros

      Impinj is one of Seattle's gems and will soon be one of Seattle's great companies. It has a great vision and mission that will make the world a better place, a huge opportunity, a great team, an awesome culture, an honest transparent C-level team, a beautiful new facility, it's committed to improvement, and it has employees from all over the world.

      Small group of employees who feel entitled instead of grateful, growing pains to accomodate accelerating revenue growth

      Pros

      After a long career working tech companies all over the US I can say that Impinj is among the greats. Really appreciate the professionalism and intellect of my peers, fairly strong management, really like the CEO and most of the leaders, pay and benefits are really good and there are tons of perqs (food, events, ORCA card, Bagel Friday, Beer Wednesday, etc.), office is TOP SHELF, and there is this near-manic focus on culture and delivering on the leadership's vision of the company. Leadership, for the most part, walks the talk which is really unique in my experience.

      Cons

      Some leaders are not aligned and now-and-then disagreements in strategy spill over to those of us doing the hands-on-work which creates confusion. A bit of silo behavior going on but I am seeing my VP working to counter that which is cool. Match on the 401k (none) is used to reduce my benefits cost which is nice but at my age the match really means something. Parking is not paid but I get an ORCA card and a transportation subsidy so that's not too bad.

      Pros

      Good people, company has good goals, wonderful new office space, growing company, awesome technology, decent benefits, overall pretty good place to work.

      Cons

      Open office format = cubes are small, and super loud. Culture seems forced. Some devs have entitlement complex. Parking at office is not fully paid for. A lot of 'that's the way we've always done it' mentality in some departments
