Where to start. Management doesn't know what they're doing and often sets up meetings to setup meetings to talk about setting up a meeting. The entire company isn't on the same page, lots of silos, no one takes responsibility. Transparency is preached yet its all talk. Its a giant mess because its a mis-match of companies jammed together from acquisitions and it shows VERY badly. Culture is half corporate and half something else. New high level management is battling old mgmt behind the curtains. No room for advancement, raises or anything else. You're lucky if you even reach some sort of raise considered to be cost of living (doesn't happen often). Biggest step back in my career and skills ever in my life. Wouldn't recommend this toxic work place. Stay clear and save yourself the hassle.

everyone was excited when the new CEO started. Thought there would be some exciting innovations. Instead we we are seeing policies with direct negative impact to employees. Out of touch leadership making rash decisions. Reactive choices w no forecasting. A ton of tenured talented people leaving.
