      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere. Great products. Easy mobility within company. There are many planned outings. Working there allows you to gain great insight into the healthcare IT market.

      Cons

      Location is difficult if you live in the Boston. Company was recently bought by a private equity firm. Possibility for them to be cutting certain departments.

      Pros

      Great benefits, excellent compensation, and a fast moving agile company. We were able to iterate with ideas and products pretty quickly. Whatever resources that we needed were readily available.

      Cons

      For a smaller company, sometimes it feels a bit bloated with too much management and process.
