Poor leadership and upper management. Little appreciation for folks who wants to think outside of box or bring innovative ideas --- management is OK with current waste, doing last minute fire drills on customer issues and not focusing on core product development. One of the worst HR practices in place in the industry, no support to existing and former employees

Toxic middle management - yelling, tantrums, and retaliation on top of extreme incompetence. Managers fail to lead and are essentially micromanagers of tasks. They create meaningless work, stress out about it, and fail to validate the business need at any point in the process. When you suggest and deliver something of actual value, you will receive no credit. Honestly this was the worst experience of my entire professional career and I’ve never been so thankful to leave an organization.
