Pros

- Lots of great systems in place to facilitate a smooth renewal process - renewals is king here, so you will not have to deal with sales reps getting in the way of the renewal process

Cons

- SVP tries to be all buddy buddy with reps, but is a terrible leader — he would rather speculate about your intentions and craft judgements about you, than actually have a conversation with you — this pattern will impact your growth on this team - enablement is a rocky at best - one of the two directors will straight up threaten and scream at people on team calls

Great portfolio and GTM, poor sales culture

Pros

Tremendous market presence and portfolio, competitive and motivated product leadership and c-suite. Office HQ is nice. They've done a lot to position the products competitively in the market. Working with the marketing teams, engineering, product, events, etc all great experiences.

Cons

Sales team culture. Some managers are true leaders, most are not. Very data-driven, overlooking qualitative value. "Unlimited PTO" in the US but sales leadership restricts the last few weeks of every quarter. Cliques, Bureaucracy. Short-term vision in sales instead of long-term success.
