I don't know why, but Imprivata has ALWAYS attracted a different type of employee... They aren't just employees, they are like a second family. And the best example I can give is the return rate of ex-employees. Of course people leave in search of new opportunities, but the number that return is very high. I love it.

Cons

Covid created a very open work-from-home opportunity for all employees, no matter the company. One con would be not having everyone in the office 5 days a week. It is something I miss dearly from pre-covid.

emerging solutions still need more marketing budget so that the word gets out there, very low level of inbounds, below industry average compensation
