Excellent culture, laid-back, and very friendly.

Cons

Benefits are competitive but a bonus aspect would be desirable since the company no longer offers ESPP benefits after going private.

Generally good office environment, cool office space, good rapport amongst ground level employees

Cons

Lacking direction, compensation is not market competitive, morale is low due to acquisition and layoffs, good people leaving, unclear direction or strategy
