What a mess

Pros

If you love it, you love it. Good salary, benefits, and work-life balance.

Cons

Senior leadership. They recently got a new CEO who is supposed to take the company to new heights but with all the turnover since his start date, there's no way this can happen. I even heard he once said that he wished we could feature more employees that were having fun at their desks working instead of the common areas enjoying themselves. Who says that?

Unrealistic expectations

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

You get to work with amazing people

Cons

Unrealistic SLAs to meet everyday. They have flexible PTO but as a Privacy Analyst the overly complicated process to get time off makes you not want to take off at all. As a new analyst, expect to work long days consistently. The work is NEVER done

KPIs on a Saturday

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Increasingly less. Direct manager is ok, people are helpful.

Cons

Mishandling acquisitions and seemingly blaming on reps. All focus is on our metrics, calls, etc. Getting reports sent on weekends about our activities. Micromanagement getting worse. Head of sales is a carnival barker with no real substance, just a lot of energy and great buzzwords.

Thank you for the feedback. Metrics on activity are an important aspect of sales, they always have been, and KPIs are not intended to make reps feel micromanaged. Reports from Salesforce and other tools, keep both the manager and reps apprised of daily activities. Reports sent on Saturday were due to the auto setting, which was addressed and corrected to avoid any reporting over the weekend.
