      Be prepared to get a new car every couple of years. Management can clear house at any moment .

      None. From the owner, there are two but the one who runs the Improveit side of the business is a thief along with the GM and Management.

      Cons

      It's a manipulation from the time you walk in the door. They lie about your commission structure and how you're paid. They'll use you, burn you out and they'll hire another class. If you read reviews, you'll see a history of their unethical practices.
