      Pros

      As a sales consultant, I have received exceptional training, support, and leads. The leadership team has my back. They listen to my input and are always looking to improve the business. I've seen cooperation and like-mindedness at all levels of the company.

      Cons

      No cons that wouldn't be at any other company that is growing at this pace. Improveit is the best place I've ever worked at.

      I can't say enough how incredible this company is! Here are a just a few of the pros: great compensation- it's unreal how much money you can make if you are dedicated and follow what the system Supportive management Honest company Tons of recognition
