      Windows are a good energy-efficient product.

      Cons

      Poor Management, Aggressive 'Rhino' in Walmarts, etc. approaching shoppers to promote lead generation. Sales, Marketing & management high turnover, little long-term opportunity

We operate showrooms inside Walmarts across Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana and there are no locations where we have marketing representatives working without the benefit of a place where our brand and our products are visible.       Pros

      You get great exercise by walking outside every day for hours. Knowledgeable training from successful people. If qualified, you receive a percent of your sales for the month.

      Cons

      The hours are not conducive to life. It is a sales position so if you do not meet certain guidelines, you will not receive bonuses.
