      Pros

      I started part-time with IHR as an intern less than 3 years ago and after a lot of hard work and a few promotions, I'm now in a manager-level position. IHR values and most importantly, acknowledges & rewards a strong work ethic. Being a smaller company you have the opportunity to take on a multitude of responsibilities to improve your skill set and gain experience faster than anywhere I've worked before. It's nice to have upper management (as well as the owners themselves) walk the halls. You really feel like part of a company-wide team here, no matter your level or department.

      Cons

      We're growing (very awesome) but our building is staying the same size.. !

      Pros

      I came to Improveit! Home Remodeling from a very unprofessional environment in which i did not feel welcomed. From the moment I started here, I have felt very welcomed and encouraged from the get-go. Everyone is genuinely nice and wants you to succeed. I also appreciate that is a much more professional environment than my previous experience. I also enjoy the work I do much more, and I am glad my colleagues are uplifting and focused on reaching our goals. Lastly, the office is located in a beautiful area in the Short North, so it is nice to take walks on my lunch breaks!

      Cons

      When I came to the company, I didn't know too much about it. It could be beneficial for new employees to learn more about the products and the history of the company more in depth.

      Pros

      Great team structure focusing on product knowledge and sales techniques designed to close sales on the first visit. The company has great products designed for home owners.

      Cons

      To much down time between appointments. Working evenings and weekends cause a conflict in personal schedules.
