Pros

Good Pay. Starting at 10 an hour with advances at every level. Lots of responsibility (for a burger joint) Room to move up.

Cons

No hours. This is actually why I had to leave. I had 6 hours a week by the end of my employment, and I was a good employee; getting 4 raises in 3 months. If you are a student its great but if you need to pay rent and bills you won't be able to afford to stay with them

Very Toxic in Every Way

Pros

God pay on paper Best free burger

Cons

This is the most toxic environment I have ever worked in. Management allows and participates in bullying and HR blatantly disregards complaints and concerns. I have witnessed almost every type of bigotry in the year and a half that I worked there.

Pros

you get a free burger when you work

Cons

They yell at you and the whole place smells like B.O. You go home smelling like onions and feeling terrible about yourself.
