Pros

Flexible work schedules, decent pay for fast food industry, room for growth, good training.

Cons

The main reason I left the company was due to the lack of courtesy from management. Basically if you are schduled to work until 9pm...that doesn't mean you will get off at 9pm. You are not allowed to just clock out when your scheduled shift ends like every other job I've ever had. You are held prisioner until the manager decides you can go home. I always was so frustrated by this. I felt that they needed to forecast how busy the resturant would be better. If the manager didn't schedule correctly...not my problem, do your job better. The thing that upset me the most was they woudn't even ask you if you could stay longer, they wouldn't give me a choice. So don't make plans for when your scheduled shift ends because you will not get off on time. Just assume you will be working the full 6 hours. So you'll get 1 10 break per 6 hour shift...they make sure to get you out before the 7th hour so that you are not entiled to a lunch.

Pros

In N Out is a great place to work. They offer dental, and some other type of benefits. The company really cares about its associates, we all are treated with respect. There is a Christmas party every year and we all are taken care of very well. Easy to move up and get raises as long as you aren't preoccupied.

Cons

There may be an issue sometimes with receiving a promotion, sometimes you may need to suck up to management. The work can be stressful at times. If you are at a busy store you may be required to work crappy hours sometimes. Biggest con is closing at 1:30am
