No individuality Strict appearance Dehumanizing Favoritism by managers No seniority in promotion Most managers are rude and don’t care about you as an individual. Managers are quick to assume things about you. When asked for new opportunities for growth they push aside and give opportunities to people with less experience with the company (also favoritism involved). Overall it built up over time until you look like an idiot and hate your life. You feel like it’s all your fault but it’s the company’s narcissistic attitude and manipulation to make you feel like you don’t matter. You are only $ to them not a human. Rules don’t apply to managers… they can wear what they want and have tattoos show but it’s not okay when an associate does it. Also management ignores when their favorites break dress code but will say something to people they don’t care about. People make to many friends here and it creates drama.
