Pros

Starts at $18 per hour, offers 401k, offers $1,500 for part time and $3k for full time college students. Free burger every shift.

Cons

1 single 10 minute break for a 4 hour to 6 hour shift, and 2 10 minutes breaks with a 30 minute break for a 6 1/2 hour shift or longer. 10 was never long enough. They are so strict. You can't even say "have a good one" you must follow every rule from corporate to the T. Some rules like handing out lap mats are uncomfortable because most customers are annoyed when I ask and very few are annoyed when I don't ask. But you can't ask, according to management, you must just hand it to them when handing them their card back. I was often blamed (being a lower level) for order inaccuracies even when it wasn't my fault. Also there is so much favoritism. I watched new people go from being hired all the way to working on board (level 5) all while being level 2 to 3. What took me 2 years took some people 6 months and they weren't even working more hours. For the people working 8 hour shifts, they were working on board within months of being hired. The reason that's so important is management and higher levels treat you with respect and you aren't blamed when something goes wrong during a rush unlike the person on handout, drive corner, the Frontline, handheld, or pay window which are all lower level positions. For the additional money per hour idk if it was worth it. It's also so busy reminds me of Costco if Costco was just a fast food restaurant. Management also had unreal expectations of protocol on the lower levels that would rather take too much time for how busy we were like using the chop gloves for cutting tomatoes or the lap mat thing. Before I was fired, we had to start putting the straws in the drinks and leaving the top of the paper on the straw and taking it off as we hand it to the customer for Aesthetic. Also if you don't shave for 1 day and you have 5pm aftershave you can't work. So strict. Barely got 25 hours a week at most.
