Pros

Honestly, there are a lot. But to start, base pay is almost $3 above minimum wage. Also, room for growth which is based on a level system (1-6). Each time you level up, you get a raise. They offer a lot of additional services to help fellow associates going through trouble in life, and/or an immediate family member. Super fun company to work for although can be quite a challenge at times.

Cons

You get paid above minimum wage for a reason. Don't expect this to be an easy job. Can get quite exhausting due to physically demanding labor, standing your whole shift, and are only allowed a 10 minute break unless you work 6 hours+.
