Pros
Decent pay, busy days and you get to work with some amazing people. Benefits are decent if you opt for them.
Cons
Stressful, underpaid, under-appreciated, poor management practices like moving managers around after 2 months, pushing certain numbers of cars through the drive lane to meet the bonuses of the managers... They also like doing this thing where the second you actually speak to your co-worker(could be about anything, a simple “how are you bud?”, they quickly find something else for you to do and separate you so that you don’t take away from thei margins. They will squeeze every last SECOND out of you and God-help you if you are not sweating and looking like your about to have an anxiety attack. Lastly, their training is extremely inconsistent and they only push to TRAIN YOU ONCE YOU HAVE WORKED A CERTAIN THRESHOLD OF HOURS. They literally always wait until they HAVE to promote you. Folks, it has nothing to do with IF YOU CAN DO THE JOB, they make you anyway.
