      Pros

      Flexibility, great pay once a higher level and don’t have to deal with customers

      Cons

      Very hard to get Full time! No real benefits unless Full time. Favoritism is a huge con managers will help you move up or get full time only if you have a personal relationship with them. Sometimes it’s not based on work habits. Very sad! You smell at the end of your shifts. No tips/ bonuses

      Pros

      The dedication to quality is not a marketing scheme, it is real. I feel more comfortable eating there than most restaurants. I met some of my best friends there. It requires good work ethic to really succeed there but if you know what you're doing and work hard management is a real possibility (and the great pay that comes with it).

      Cons

      Lots of "Bad Apples" that know how to ruin a shift, some managers will micromanage.

      Pros include: - Fun working environment - Caring management - Flexible hours - Career opportunity - Job advancements with raises - Start off at $12 an hour

      Cons

      If you like to get paid to do nothing, then this job isn't for you. We're on our feet for the whole shift (with a 10-minute break) and there is always something to do.
