      Pros

      They give you the hours you want in a constant fun, fast-paced environment. The pay is great and you are always moving up the ladder. The people you work with are super fun and always happy to be at work.

      At my store, associates and the All Star Crew are friendly and willing to help you out. They are very supportive.

      Cons

      I did have an issue with a manager so I filed a complaint. They say you can be anonymous and there will be no retaliation, but after I filed it, I started to experience some retaliation by my hours getting cut. The manager I told on started having me do more mundane tasks that made it harder for me to move up to the next level. So management WILL show some backlash/retaliation towards you if you file complaints. Part timers need more or longer breaks. Working for 5-6 hours straight with only a 10 minute break and you have to rush to isn't very restful.
