No Respect for Employees - Stay away

Great local work culture, employees, and families that had nothing to do with corporate.

Cons

They let everyone go with 30 days notice and told families that the staff was at fault. Prior to that, culture was determined by local BCBAs and not at all by corporate. Austin office ended with great culture and BCBAs but started with unethical / sadistic BCBAs that give ABA a bad name.

InBloom offered the following benefits to all employees. -30 day notice -Relocation assistance to any of our other centers -Severance Pay -We also found everyone jobs at other providers prior to making the announcement We apologize that you felt like you were not a priority.
