Solid BCBAs, Communication between BCBAs and RBTs, Progressive ABA practices.

Cons

All the typical big corporate issues in ABA field, super high turn over from inexperienced RBTs and over qualified RBTs

Feedback is taken into consideration and adjusted in a way that is fair for all parties, clients, staff, admin, business. Policies and expectations are clear in the handbook. Make sure to read it. Decent benefits. decent training for Rbt‘s and BCBA‘s. Always accommodating when it comes to location of clients. Leniency given for anyone willing to learn and grow. Student analyst opportunities. Room to grow for most people

Cons

People are underpaid. People are coerced into working and covering for clients. Communication to RBT‘s about schedule changes is never made and they were thrown around from client to client as they see fit. The potential is there but the wrong people in charge ruins it. Some discrimination.
