Pros

1. RBTs are great to work with. We support each other and uplift each other 2. BCBAs are collaborative 3. Scheduling has tried to make sure my schedule is full 4. Supervision is available for those that are studying to become BCBAs 5. Kiddos are fun

Cons

1. No pay for client cancellations and minimum wage is given for late arrivals 2. 5 days of UTO, PTO is available but it accrues very slowly to the point where it feels nonexistent. We don’t necessarily get to observe holidays if they fall on the weekend (they replaced it with floating holidays). 3. Sometimes schedules can be overwhelming (and underwhelming for some). For example, working from 8-12, 12-3, 3-6 with no breaks in between. 4. Sometimes RBTs are under appreciated and requests are ignored or overlooked. There is no balance between the needs of the kiddos and the needs of the RBTs. If you need to change hours to prevent burnout, BCBAs and management can basically say no instead of finding better compromise.

We sincerely appreciate your thorough and honest review. You've made a lot of good points here. First, we love the fact that you have found value in your relationships with your fellow RBTs and the BCBA team. We also appreciate knowing that you were happy with the efforts to fill your schedule and that you enjoyed working with the kiddos - we certainly do, too! However, we recognize that we missed the mark on a few items and we would appreciate the opportunity to address those further. Last year, we rolled out our 30-hour guarantee program that helps to compensate for client cancellations. If you are interested in receiving more information on this, please reach out to your local leadership team. Your thoughts regarding our time off and scheduling have been shared with our senior leadership team. We are always looking for ways to improve those plans and processes. Lastly, we are sad to hear that you ever felt unappreciated, ignored, or overlooked. We would appreciate the opportunity to learn more about this and see what we can do to rectify the situation. You can send additional feedback (anonymously) to www.inbloomautism.com/feedback. We look forward to hearing from you again soon.
