Pros

Flexibility, great coworkers, fun environment

Cons

Promised fulltime, but unable to give full time. Several statements were made during interviewing to make the job look more promising than it is, almost seems like "whatever we can do to bring them in"

Pros

I have nothing positive to say about my experience.

Cons

5 years of experience and an MS degree were only offered at $19 an hour and the cap is $22 an hour. Required to come in 20 min early every day unpaid to clean (this is 10 hours of unpaid work a month). Required to make lesson plans for LRP again without pay. Worked 4 hour sessions daily with one client is a recipe for burnout. Working through lunch unable to drink or eat properly, almost passed out from dehydration one day.

Pros

Sometimes they buy us lunches

Cons

Employer misrepresents themselves on job postings and during the hiring process. They will hire full-time but not schedule you to work full time hours. You’ll get 10 if you’re lucky. They’ll say there’s a 30 hour guarantee but fail to mention that they cut your pay $2-3 hourly but also present it at the time of hire so you take the job thinking you’ll get paid for your hired rate, but you’ll find out that you won’t when actually going through the process. Make you pay $500 if you quit before 90 days even though they made those false promises to make you accent the position. HIGH turnover rate, at least one person quits per week just about. They cut your pay to $15 hourly when you’re not direct and you only get paid for your Central Reach schedule, not your actual time worked.
