Pros

This company stands out among the others as they focus on play based therapy services and have higher hiring standards amongst other ABA providing companies. InBloom places smaller caseloads on BCBA's which allows for direct contact between BCBA's and RBT's on each team. Management at the Brookfield branch tries their hardest to care for current employees and does what they can to provide appropriate staffing for each team.

Cons

When I started at InBloom I felt appreciated, proud to be employed by such a high standard's company and excited to go to work each day due to small staff numbers and quality of staff hired. Recently, they have been seeing immense growing pains and staff are feeling defeated and morale has dropped significantly. Staff who have been present for more than 6 months are feeling burnt out as quality of new staff is not what it used to be, PTO is next to nothing and schedule change requests are often denied due to having no one to cover staff changes on teams. GOOD techs are quitting due to lack of PTO, not being seen or heard by management and the long hours that are accrued daily. Current staff are trying to get new ideas to management and are stating what is wrong, only to be overlooked due to higher management's demand to grow.

Thank you for taking the time to share with us this detailed and honest feedback. We love to hear that you feel we’re a good company who puts quality of services above all else. We also need to hear when members of our team are feeling burnt out or run down, and if quality is ever slipping, we want to make sure that is addressed immediately. We have a mission to help more families and children in need of the services we provide, but that growth should never be in exchange for the quality of our services or the quality of life provided to our clinical staff like yourself. We hope that you’ve had a chance to review the March video newsletter from our Founder and CEO that was sent out last week. The changes in our PTO policies will hopefully help to address the burnout issue you’ve mentioned, and we have a renewed focus in adding quality team members to our staff in your area so those new PTO changes can used and experienced by everyone they benefit. With these new changes in place as well as others that are coming as it pertains to scheduling and coverage, we hope your 4-star experience can return to a 5-star experience. Until then, please continue to bring open feedback and solutions to the leadership team in your service area, or you can always reach out directly to our founder and CEO via call or email.

Pros

As a BCBA I see my clients weekly, I train the parents weekly, my staff is trained by me and given written feedback monthly that leads to quartly bonuses, I can get quarterly bonuses, I get 6 different kinds of insurances (Heath, injury, dental, etc) for $160 a month with zero co-pays. The owner of the company values treatment fidelity first and making sure the RBT's are supported with training, support and benefits....can your company provide half of that? When I need supplies, I have them in no more than 2 days of me requesting them to be purchased. Working full time means I have 6 clients, not 30+ like other companies.

Cons

The company is just starting out in Wisconsin, so we are still creating the structure here, but luckily have coorporate backup in everything we do. There is a lot of work right now as we are growing quickly.
