Pros

Everyone is supportive and nice it’s a great environment to work in. The BCBAs provide frequent supervision and training. Clinical leadership is also very responsive and understanding.

Cons

The typical RBT turnover rate which every clinic has can be difficult. Additionally, there isn’t a set structure for getting a salary increase as some other company’s give opportunities for raises every 6 months.

No work life balance, sick days are part of your time off, block schedule so you have to come in everyday.

As a kiddo-centric organization, our goal is always to provide the best level of service to the kiddos (and their families) and we are privileged to work with. We found that kiddos thrive on routine and consistency; block scheduling has allowed us to see more progress. In addition, we want to create as much scheduling consistency for our RBTs as possible. Full-filling work but inconsistent

Pros

You work with amazing kids who you get to see grow and learn. You will also learn about ABA. Remove to advance if you become a BCBA.

Cons

Company does not support therapist enough when it comes to client cancellations and this will effect your ability to maintain a consistent paycheck. They make efforts to get you coverage cases to make up the loss time but there is not guarantee.
