Pros

The management is good, and they seem to care about the individual employee. The BCBAs here truly care about the progress of their kiddos.

Cons

However, you do not get breaks at all. You will work 8-6 with no 15 or 30 min break with is illegal but they don’t care. You also only get 5 days off for the entire year unless you use PTO which is accrued VERY SLOW.

Our leadership team strives to do regular check-ins with our therapists to ensure that everyone is receiving the breaks that they need and deserve. We encourage you to communicate closely with your Operations Manager and inform them if you need a break; we are committed to helping reduce burnout for our team. In addition, we are right now working closely with our executive team to review our paid time off and unpaid time off policies. Cons

It can be hard to be tech sometimes. You have way more good days than bad days though, and Inbloom will help and give breaks when needed. Management does an amazing job making sure no one suffers from burnout.

Constant turnover of RBTs and management with little reward other than that which is inherent to the job itself.
