Pros

1) Great RBTs to work with, 2) Experienced BCBAs, some willing to supervise graduate students pursuing BCBA certification, 3) Good training methods for both BT trainees and RBTs, 4) Welcoming environment to work in, especially when starting with the company, 5) Good benefits and perks, 6) Rewarding achievement with work duties.

Cons

1) Decline in professionalism within all departments, 2) Commute times can be more than 30 minutes between clients (including breaks) for some RBTs and BCBAs, 3) Higher turnover of RBTs than BCBAs leaving client cases understaffed, 4) Low availability of unpaid time off, 5) No formal crisis intervention training provided by the company.

Pros

ABA is an amazing field and super rewarding but under the right management. Most of the BCBA's here are great but there's a few that should have been technicians before they ran show.

Cons

This company is shady and sweeps things under the rug. It took on more clients than they had technicians and the new regional manager doesn't take into account that burnout is a thing. Just because a technician is great doesn't mean their entire case load should be challenging.
