Pros

The RBTs and the kiddos.

Cons

Very cliquish, toxic environment. They promote within as long as you are in the circle and successfully do not promote those that should be in the position. Very unfair culture and no trust within leadership. Closing centers, no transparency on what is happening within the company. VP micromanages and is not trustworthy, does not listen to her employees and is on a power trip.
