The organization appears to be in a state of figuring out which direction they want to go. The change in objectives is seldom communicated down to the people who need to know it.

Cons

Bcbas and management staff that only care about billable hours. Bare minimum supervision or treatment plan modification. Targets and goals never updated to something new even after clients achieve mastery. Poor communication between management levels.

Pros

They do provide lots of incentives, but hard to be able to reach these incentives as hours are minimal. Also disorganized and very will they won’t they, most hours received was maybe 10 hours a week as a full time employee. Some BCBAs were good and helpful! Very involved with programming. Just the company is not the best ABA wise.

Cons

RBTs not really implementing ABA, low hours, unorganized, cliques, etc etc
