Pros

The company is large and growing.

Cons

Let me just say some of the upper management, shouldn't be upper management.

Fast-paced environment full of chaos, finger-pointing and stress

Pros

Decent salary and benefits; good experience and exposure to industry.

Cons

Extremely disorganized due to the company's rapid growth rate. Growth rate: Good. Amount of thought and foreseeable planning: Bad. Very Bad. Common company culture is to throw an inexperienced employee into a situation, ask them questions they won't know the answers to and if management feels as if they don't measure up; terrorize aforementioned employee until they are so stressed and paranoid that they quit.

Pros

Pay is above industry standard for some dept. Gift/Prepaid industry is booming. Location is great, right of Williams St near 85/75 connenctors Love the cafe

Cons

Managed based on fear which results in employees fearful to reach out beyond their typical job functions. Basically, everyone works in a box because they are afraid to lend a hand. As noted by others, no training. No structure to process/procedure, everyone "wings it". They have a few tenured employees who know the ends and outs but they are too busy to help. It would be great idea to start pushing a funnel of suites/products instead of a bunch of custom. They need to back off sales momentarily so that the systems/IT can catch up.
